Shipping policy

We offer shipping all across India.

We take utmost care in shipping of your products. But to make all procedure smooth and easy, please allow us 7-10 working days for your order to be dispatched. Orders processed on Sundays or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there could be a long processing time and shipping delays, so please bear with us.

General shipping timelines:

For Ready to ship products:
Your order will be shipped within 2-7 working days. In case of any delays, the consumer shall be informed in advance.

Made-to-Order Products/Customised Products: 10-14 working days

Time for delivery once shipped:
-Delhi NCR: 1-2 days approx.
-Other states : 5 to 7 days approx.

Imported products: 2-3 weeks from receiving the orders.

We do accept urgent orders as well that are shipped via express shipping.

We use all leading courier companies for the shipment of your products. However if the product is bulky, the parcel will be shipped by surface (by road) which would take 7 -10 days to reach. But if there is any unseen or unexpected problem then the parcel either shipped by air or by surface might be delayed. Unexpected problems could be anything like :

  • Unable to reach the customer.
  • Customer's phone number not working/ not reachable.
  • Any kind of strike in the city or in courier company.
  • Any natural calamities like earthquake, flood, drought etc.
  • Any raid by any government department.
  • Any kind of mishappening during transit.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

For Imported products, we expect a processing time of 2-3 weeks since we import our products globally.

Shipping rates and Delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after the parcel is dispatched and you will get an email containing the details related to your parcel. 

Varmalas/Flowers/Kaleeras for Preservation Shipping

Please note that customers are solely responsible to send us their Varmalas/Flowers/Kaleeras, etc. for Preservation orders at their own expense. We do not provide any pick up services for the same. Hence, kindly send us your Varmalas/Flowers/Kaleeras for further processing of your order as soon as possible on the address mentioned on the website. We will not be responsible for any delays arising out of customers not sending in their Varmalas/Flowers/Kaleeras, etc.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes:

When ordering from www.daintylittleshop.com, you're responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
