Refund policy
We sincerely believe in 100% customer satisfaction. We take great pride in crafting custom-made products that are tailored to your specific requirements. As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any items. Since most of our products are Handmade and Customised, we follow a No Return/No Exchange policy for Handmade, Customised, Made-to-Order and Imported Products.
Guarantees and Warranties
Our products are crafted with utmost care to match the specific requests of each order. As such, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges, and we cannot guarantee satisfaction due to the bespoke nature of our products. We urge customers to consider their purchases carefully, as once an order is placed, we commit resources to its creation and, therefore, cannot accommodate cancellations or alterations. Please be certain of your decision to purchase, as we must strictly adhere to this policy without exceptions.
Product Variation Disclaimer
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, each item is unique and may exhibit variations in color, finish, and design. These are not flaws but rather a testament to the individuality and authenticity of our artisanal crafting process. We celebrate the distinctive characteristics that make each product one-of-a-kind, and as such, the item you receive may differ slightly from the images or descriptions provided. Please appreciate that these variations are inherent to the bespoke nature of our products and cannot be considered defects. As a reminder, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handcrafted variations of the custom product.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, wrong or missing, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your product is damaged during transit, we are here to assist you. Please reach out to us immediately with a complete Unboxing video of the package, and we will promptly address the issue. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will either replace the damaged part of the product or provide a replacement for the entire product.
Please be aware that at any point after purchase and delivery, if your product incurs damages from including but not limited to - wear and tear, color fading, scratches, dents, chips, or exposure to elements such as sunlight or moisture, we cannot offer repair, replacement, or compensation.
We strive to ensure that the order reaches you in a good condition. If you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
In case the customer receives a damaged product, we will issue a full refund of the paid value or exchange it with the same article again (as per customer's wish). Customers will have to send us back the product themselves in the same condition that they had received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and bear the return shipping charges.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, full unboxing/opening video of the package is mandatory to access the condition. Item will be inspected before processing the refund/exchange. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
In case of damaged/delivery of wrong product/missing items:
A complete Unboxing video while opening the parcel is mandatory to entertain any damage/wrong/missing items claim. Unboxing video should contain the very start from the moment you are opening the parcel (outer most package/box) inspecting your order, show in the video if there is any issue and contact us immediately if there is any defect, damage or if you have received the wrong/missing item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video! An unboxing video is compulsory to be eligible for exchange of the product. The defect must be visible in the unboxing video.
Our return/exchange policy is applicable within 24 hours from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons:
- Damaged product
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect product
- Missing items
The time frame starts from the time the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team / courier partners.
Procedure for Exchange:
1. To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@daintylittleshop.com with an unboxing video.
2. Once your exchange is accepted, you will have to send the product to our address within 24 hours and send us the receipt of the courier (charges to be borne by the customer). Once we receive the parcel, after checking, we will send a fresh piece.
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. You can always contact us for any return question at info@daintylittleshop.com.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- the item may be damaged during transit.
- or there might be a manufacturing defect.
- or that a wrong item is delivered to you.
- or an item is missing in the order
In only such cases, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within the stipulated time-frame which is 24 hrs of receiving the parcel.
To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item back, we will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items twice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the two attempts, due to the recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer will be charged for re-attempt of the delivery. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
There are certain possibilities where it is difficult for us to support you for the same :
- In the case of Gift cards, no refund or replacements would be allowed.
- In case of pre-order, no such requests would be entertained.
- If the product is not the same as sent no such requests would be entertained.
- In the case of the product damaged by the customer while opening the parcel.
- In case of any missing item from the package, you have received including original packing, accessories, price tags, etc. no such claims would be entertained if not made any opening parcel video
Damages and Issues
At Dainty Little Shop, we make sure that the products ordered by you should reach to you in the best condition but since we are dealing in products which are imported and have to travel for days/weeks/months to reach us so there is a slight possibility of any packaging being damaged. But having said that we do ensure that the product performance never goes down because of the same and the main product completely remains intact. At times it might be a case that the product might have a little tampered packaging which is originally received by us in the same condition. Kindly be assured that you will never have to regret your purchase from us.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellation of Order
We accept cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the 2 hour window passes, the order goes into processing and cannot be cancelled or altered. You can cancel your order by emailing us at info@daintylittleshop.com / WhatsApp us at +91-8799756764 within 2 hours of placing the order.
In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Dainty Little Shop has the complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Dainty Little Shop and accept Dainty Little Shop's decision regarding the cancellation.
Request for cancellations of orders once placed on www.daintylittleshop.com shall not be entertained. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 2 Hours of placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer support team by sending an email giving your Order number.
COD orders: Customers will be required to provide their bank details where they would like to receive the refund.
