- Once your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation message with tracking ID of the respective courier partner. You can simply track your order with the tracking ID and get to know how long it will take to get delivered.

- While we do not offer gift wrapping services at present, a lot of care does go into packing your order.

- All our products are designed, handmade and manufactured in India

- We are headquartered in Delhi. We currently do not have any physical stores.

- We currently ship to all over India.

- Shipping time can be anywhere between 7-10 working days after processing your order. (Please note that sometimes delays in shipping will occur due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will always keep you updated and will do everything in our power to get you your product on time)

- We take extreme measures to ensure that your order is packed safely and securely and that it will reach you in perfect condition.

- Currently you can securely checkout out website using Debit/Credit Card, Net-banking, UPI & Wallets.

- We accept cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the 2 hour window passes, the order goes into processing and cannot be cancelled or altered. You can cancel your order by emailing us at info@daintylittleshop.com / WhatsApp us at +91-8799756764 within 2 hours of placing the order.

13. Do you provide Pickup of Varmalas/Flowers/Kaleeras for Preservation orders?
- No, customers are solely responsible to send us their Varmalas/Flowers/Kaleeras, etc. for Preservation orders at their own expense. We do not provide any pick up services for the same. Hence, kindly send us your Varmalas/Flowers/Kaleeras for further processing of your order as soon as possible on the address mentioned on the website. We will not be responsible for any delays arising out of customers not sending in their Varmalas/Flowers/Kaleeras, etc.

- We sincerely believe in 100% customer satisfaction. Since most of our products are Handmade and Customised, we follow a No Return/No Exchange policy for Handmade, Customised / Made-to-Order and Imported Products. In case the customer receives a damaged product, we will issue a full refund of the paid value or exchange it with the same article again (as per customer's wish).

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, full unboxing video of the order is mandatory to access the condition. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Our return policy is applicable within 24 hours from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product, Manufacturing defect & Incorrect product. The time frame starts from the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. For more information on Returns, kindly read our Return Policy in detail.

- A lot of care and strenuous checking goes into each order. But due to circumstances out of our control sometimes the order gets damaged during shipping. If you have received a wrong/defective product, then please contact us within 24 hours of you receiving the product. Please submit all requests via. Call/Message/Email:

- For the return to be authorized, the order should be in the same condition as when you received it including the original packaging.
- When sending us communication about the return please include the below information:
i) Subject Title - Return / Exchange
ii) Reason for return
iii) Order Number & date of receiving the order.
iv) Please include UNBOXING video with your request as visual aid to back up your claim.

Please note that we accept returns within 24 hours of you receiving your order. After 24 hours we will be unable to process your request for return.
